The above rates are based on double occupancy with the exception of the 2 bedroom suite which is based on 4 people. Each additional guest is $20 per night. All rates are subject to 11% tax and 5 % hotel surcharge and are subject to change without notice unless already guaranteed.
Holiday rates are $20 more per night. Holidays include Christmas, New Years Eve, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.

All payments must be made in US funds. Deposits may be paid only with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept checks of any kind.
All reservations require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival. We charge 1 night in advance on all reservations.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
|
Day Pass hours are from 9am to 6pm. The rates during the Winter Season are $15 from Sunday to Friday and $20 on Saturday. During the rest of the year the rates are $10 from Sunday to Friday and $15 on Saturday. Lockers and towels are supplied to our day pass guests.

Two week notice required to cancel any reservation. Reservations cancelled under the time limit will be charged 50% of the total. If another reservation is made within sixty days of a cancellation, the amount charged will be applied to the new reservation. ALL cancelled reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $50 fee.
No refund for early departure.
Discount packages and special offers must be paid in full at time of booking and are NOT REFUNDABLE.

We gladly accept pets depending on the disposition and size. Our pet guests stay for a weekly charge of $50 per pet per week (or part of a week).
